Penn said several times this weekend that he was firm and his commitment was solid.

Southall has offers from Ole Miss, Oklahoma, Texas, Miami, Florida, Alabama, TCU, Arizona State, Arkansas, Baylor, Cal, Illinois, Kansas, Kansas State, Mizzou, Nebraska, Oklahoma State, Tennessee, Texas Tech, Texas,A&M, Washington, Houston, North Texas, and SMU. (That would have been much easier to copy and paste).
The question is: does he have a committable offer? He's a 4 star on scout and a fraction from being a concensus 4.
His serious schools of interest appear to be Oklahoma, Texas, Miami, Ole Miss, and TCU with Oklahoma looking like the favorite.

I think some of you guys need to step back from the ledge on Penn...he probably was A&M before this trip, but I think we gave him a ton to think about and this was his favorite trip. R-E-L-A-X.

According to bulldawgs kobe jones was just being polite on his OV, so if he left and declined interviews it's interesting.
Hope he enjoyed his OV, and I respect that even if he knows he's going to state he was still polite.

Damn, didn't even know Bama recruited 3* linebackers. I only thought State, Mizzou, Kentucky and Vandy did that.

The secret to our dynasty has been the "great white hope" linebacker that we recruit every year. Wonder if this is the beginning of tDecline.
