We aren't taking 4 WR's. There is a reason Mykel's name never popped up until Drake Davis committed to LSU. I knew we would know whether we were getting AJ or not by Monday because our staff is going to demand an answer from him because we have to know what to do numbers wise. Mykel was in the boat as much as one can be, so if he truly isn't here, with the way DJ is acting, I believe it is because AJ told us he is going to be a Rebel. I'm with you pessimistics and understand how unlikely that is, but reading the tea leaves, you have to be extremely pessimistic to believe anything else.

For instance Kobe isn't either but it's bexause he's watching a basketball game and is on the way now. My opinion on Mykel is based off of DJ's cryptic way of saying Mykel isn't here

Yeah it's a strange situation. Even if we et a pledge from AJ it's just one of those things where things can change the morning of NSD. That's a big leap. Maybe AJ gave him assurances??

That's on the coaches ability to judge character. Would they believe a CeCe or Leo? Idk. AJ seems to be a great kid but I don't know him. Our coaches aren't stupid and each year pick up new lessons from previous classes.
I am just trying to make sense of this but I am bias obviously. Neal and DJ aren't making it any easier with what their sources are saying about AJ. I know it's easier to accept he just wont come to OM but damn, my bias mind finds it hard to believe otherwise

FWIW, this happened today. Keith Gavin recommitted to FSU and Tyler Simmons has been taking trips to UGA lately. I don't think our staff has a clue what AJ Brown will actually do on NSD.
I still think y'all probably get Brown when all is said and done. I am just happy that it looks like we will pull one highly ranked recruit out of Mississippi this year (Raekwon).

Not trolling but you can have him. I have watched him for years and he looks like Tarzan & plays like Jane. I would take Benito and/or Simmons over him every day and five times on Friday.
