I know this was a couple of pages back, but I thought we were talking about moving Gabe Angel to LB, not Street?
The Bama bump wearing off on Mique can only be good for us too. Hopefully he still wants to come east to play with the big boys. EDIT: Is Simms skipping crootapalooza a good thing re: Mique or just all bad because we ain't signin' nobody?

No doubt about the future. Terribly tricky thing to shake out half the time. I just haven't read or heard much about moving Street. Angel's actually played defense, and we're going hard after Mathis, another TE.
I was being sarcastic about Shea's tweet. Nothing illegal about it, even if he had shouted someone out as far as I know since they'd be part of the same class.

Uuummmm...so SDS just posted an article stating that we're facing 30 rules violation allegations across football, women's BBall and track and field. Said we received a NOA.

Bleacher Report just said we have infraction coming. Hopefully old ones that are coming around now. Track and WBB I would assume are older. Football could be insignificant hopefully. 30 Infractions

This is soooo stupid. Laughable. Everyone tweets, "I told you so" when the majority of allegations are against WBB and Track AND allegations against football team pre-date Freeze's tenure. Funny how it comes out today tho...

We can act like this is not a big deal, but it kind of is. Saban, Smart and any other coach we are competing with for recruits are on the phone with those kids parents right now telling them why would they let their child go to a school that just received this. I hope it is not a big deal and mostly deals with women's bb, but this will impact recruiting. Hopefully Freeze and his staff were aware this was coming and had told recruits and their parents. Just sucks that it came out today, right before our big recruiting weekend. Someone please punch Pat Forde in his giant nose if you see him.
