He was very highly recruited before this incident.
i remember when this all came out and Penn State had to drop him for obvious reasons.
Tons of schools would have been trying to sign him otherwise.

I don't want us missing out on Quartney Davis because our coaches expended all this time and effort trying to land AJ... Not saying our staff doesn't know what they're doing cause they're killing it in all facets of recruiting... I just know that in the end, MSU's boosters aren't letting those kids out of Oktibbeha County.

So.... the uncommitted or wavering on this list looks like
Deontay, Becker, Brown, Shyheim, Mykel, Kobe, Knott, Pennamon, Simmons,Hall, and Simms.
I'm cautiously optimistic we hold Pennamon and get Deontay, Mykel, & Simmons from this group. Simms was recently CB'd to ViTech, but I'm hoping we can turn him. That leaves maybe 2 spots. Who fills them? Maybe Knott if Carter bails out to LSU??

Just watched the Q. Davis HUDL. I like him because he seems to be a more physical WR (not quite to an AJ level but he is 20 lbs smaller). What is his 40/shuttle and our chances with him?
