We have one of the most talented team in the history of Ole Miss and have regressed.
Which tells me there are coaching issues. It's either not getting the kids to focus or just plain bad scheme/technique. And the sad thing is it consistently inconsistent. Really think Freeze is going to have to make some difficult decisions next year regarding his staff.

LSU beat Arkansas and MSU beat Bama then we control our destiny once again
Really? This is all we need to control it again?
VERY plausible.
Issue is if State is that good and can beat Bama then we will have our hands full. Haha

But some of the problem is the most basic shite: tackling and coverage.
Who is running the tackling drills? Who is not saying at half time: "Wrap those motherfrickers up!" Who is not grabbing each player that misses a tackle and telling them, "If you miss another tackle: stadium stairs tomorrow."
Who is coaching them to provide soft coverage to the receivers that allows the secondary to get a passing train run on them like they're a willing participant in a gang bang? Who allows this to happen?
(These are rhetorical questions-we all know the answers.)
These issues have been in each loss we've had. I dare say that each win was because the other team was incompetent mentally and/or physically, failed to even take rudimentary lessons away form any game film watched, and/or we just got lucky, plain and simple.

I just really question how good our secondary personal, along with our backers, really are. I know for sure CJ is playing out of position due to necessity. Denzel is quite undersized and doesn't appear to be overly quick to compensate. But those guys in the secondary with the exclusion of Hilton at times and Elston at times, man, I don't know. They just are chronically out of position, a step slow and never deliver a big lick. Hilton and Elston have on occassion, but they've also gotten beat way too much it seems. I don't know, maybe I'm wrong, but we can't cover shite back there. Plain and simple, whatever the reason(s).
Futhermore, all the blame can't necessarily be put on the second and third levels last night. We got very little pressure from the four guys up front. Allen had all night several times. Then I look up on that now infamous 4th and 25 and we are rushing 3. THREE! shite, we hadn't been getting home with 4 and we decide to go with 3 and play prevent, which is quite the oxymoron because we didn't prevent a damn thing all night. And oddly enough we defended that one play pretty well and look what hapens.

As some of you can gather, in addition to supporting the rebs, I am also a Vandy fan.
I want to convey something interesting. Head Coach Derek Mason, the guy people overwhelmingly believe that he doesn't have the demeanor of a HC or the leadership to lead his teams/make hard decisions, has proven to make hard decisions by firing his OC and DC when it was clear adjustments needed to be made.
It legitimately perplexes me that Hugh Freeze, who I personally think can become an incredible Head Coach, can't even fire an assistant or position coach.
I really hope Hugh can realize that is he doesn't make changes for the better, he will negatively impact himself.

Not happening. We're going to be competitive in the next 2 games and he won't do it. Bjork will have to make him do it. It will take an absolute collapse in one or both games left for the light bulb to go off in CHF's head, and even then Bjork may have to step in.

If no coaching changes are made this offseason, then screw the whole staff including Hugh Freeze. That defensive game plan last night was absolutely pathetic. Plus I didnt see any adjustments made the whole game

They punted 3 times. Ran 20+ more plays. And had a TOP of like 3 times what we had, which is unheard of, 45m to 15m. WTFF.

If you didn't see adjustments then you weren't watching the game. They just didn't work. Why? Because Denzel Nkemdiche is slow and often times gets caught gazing into the backfield leaving the TE wide open. Why? Because Tony Bridges doesn't win ANY one on one battles. Why? Because CJ Johnson isn't a MLB, he is a DE playing LB.
The scheme sucked last night. It looked even worse because we have glaring weaknesses on defense. Scheme isn't going to change that. Losing Maybin, Morgan, and Lewis in recruiting the past three years is showing.

I guess I couldnt see what was going on in the game as well since I was watching it in real time. Tony Bridges is hot garbage. He is horrible 1 on 1, and he is one of the worst tacklers on our team

It's become painfully obvious that Bridges is awful. How the hell was he ranked so high?

He probably had better coaching at the JC level.

Have Arkansas fans released the sig for those of us in the bet yet?

Posted on 11/9/15 at 4:57 pm to BallstotheWesleyWall
Just right click on it sig and copy. Go to your setting and paste it into the sig pic area. Should come up as httpwhatever. Then hit save at the bottom.

I tried to follow Bear's instructions but it didn't work. I feel like a computer jackass.

Go to "Settings" and down to the "Signature Image" line.
Type "https:" into the line and paste the partial link after it from your clipboard.
Boom. The mark of a loser until the end of the regular season.

I completely blame Wommack & the Sandshark defense for the "Deez Nuts" sig...don't think I will ever participate in a sig bet again. We score 52 points and still don't get a W...
