I guess they are bulking up one side of the ball as much as possible since they missed on their biggest OL targets this year.

Of course they are, but I've seen how they have shuffled the rankings around based on who looks TN bound. Remember, most of their class isn't from TN, so it isn't a ton of guys.
I'm pretty miffed on Richmond's ranking I guess. He should be higher than 9 in the state. Think he is the best tackle in the state, but not my call.

He is wavering, but I wouldn't say a flip is guaranteed. His family wants him close by and family usually wins out.

I don't believe so. Doesn't appear to be the kind of kid that turns back on his word like that. There's also been so much smoke regarding him recruiting everyone he comes in contact with to come here. Wouldn't be the first kid to change tune but I'd be pretty shocked.
