I admit I was wrong about our chances with josh Mcmillon

Hopefully this means he is coming to play with Leo!

It takes a big man to admit when he is wrong.

I actually prefer McMillon more than CeCe if I had to choose. Not because I think he is more talented but because the impact Leo and Joshua McMillon would have together would be dominant. Especially when you throw a Demarquis Gates in with it. A guy who I've said all alone was a steal.

Do you think Dave will use one of them at stinger? From everything I've read, neither really fits the mold.
Also heard that McMillon would play DE for us.

Gates at stinger. He's fast enough

The options are endless at that point because realistically you could keep the same base and switch to a 4-3 scheme without having to change the personnel.
The LB spot is the only spot on defense that doesn't have that speed/size ratio Freeze has always talked about.

I dont' think it matters, hoenstly at this point. DT has switched from a rush-DE to LB multiple times. CJ was recruited as a LB out of HS and has played his whole career at DE. You never know with these things. I just think it is great that we can keep adding depth and talent to the DE/LB positions.

How much would a win against Bama really impact '15 recruiting? What are the implications? I'm sure it would help a lot with some in-state guys and Memphis kids. How would it affect the national guys though?

The season as a whole has a bigger impact on recruiting than a single game. Meaning, if we beat bama but still finish 5th in the west, it didn't mean shite. But if we play them well and lose but still finish 3rd or so in the division then that looks pretty good showing that freeze is progressing.
Obviously ideally we would both win Saturday and finish high in the division.
