His tidbits today showed the rankings and he moved all OM commits and potential OM commits to the top and the lsu kid and graham out of the top 10.

I'm sure it's accurate. OM could possibly bring in 9 of the top 10 in the state this year.

I don't know anything about football in Mississippi I just thought it was funning knowing Steve's would be completely inverted from yancys.

Yea Yancy and Gene both do that. Keep in mind that he ranked Gerri 2nd in the state and he's a MSU lean. Most services have him in the bottom 10 if even the top 10 in the state so its not full bias. Aeris stock has plummeted after running a 4.8. Graham is a top 10 player but I wouldn't put him in the top 6 so him being bottom 10 isn't really a snub. Keep in mind that Ronald Walker got invited to the opening which only invites 150 skill players, Graham did not, yet while they play the same position, yancy rated Graham higher. Harris is a four star on 247 and the scouts at our camp said there wasnt any separation between Harris, Simms, and Pack at camp. Yet Yancy rated Jesse higher than Harris, when Jesse is a state lean. There's no doubt that Yancy gives guys like Putman and Epps a bump while Gene will always make sure they are ranked low no matter what, but his rankings aren't really that biased
In comparison, state fans will use 247's rankings because they have aeries so high. In their rankings they have the best chance for a larger number of top 10. Yet the only difference really is Yancy replaced a state lean (Aeris) with another state lean (Gerri) in his top 10. Yancy has just one more OM guy in his top 10 than 247 has in theirs and 247 rounds out their top 10 with a kid with zero offers from any instate school

Do yall think we loose Tyler Putman???? In his interview the other day he seemed like he was confused about his recruitment by saying "Well I'm a rebel right now." Are people just showing him more love or do you think our staff has sights on some more talented players. I think he is a very underrated OT and would be a huge asset.

Jesse Jackson camped at Mississippi State last Thursday.
A day later, the three-star wide receiver from Petal, Miss., was at Ole Miss.
The Rebels appear to have benefited greatly from the quick turnaround and the inevitable comparisons.
"It was awesome. Ole Miss, I have to say, has been recruiting me the hardest the last couple of weeks or the last month," Jackson said. "I've been getting to know them personally, and the campus was just awesome."
The trip to Starkville, Jackson said, was "a lot of work. It was a lot of work, a lot of drills and we got a lot of things done. It was a great time, but I think the trip to Ole Miss was more relaxed and I got to know people better."
Ole Miss, Jackson said, definitely improved its chances of landing his signature come February.
"Most definitely, they're in my top three," Jackson said. "I'm not sure if they're No. 1 just yet. I want to visit Auburn before I really make a ranking.
Poor state

I didnt see the interview but I haven't heard anything leaning towards something like that. That would be surprising

Well according to rebelgrove today Freeze and company have decided to steal Jesse Jackson from State now... JJ came up to Oxford and hung out with Alford and Moncrief and it sounds like we've gotten a huge bump... It'll end up being an OM, MSU and Auburn battle in the end but this staff isnt gonna concede any in state kids like Nutt and his lazy arse staff used to.
