Is Yancy just playing up the TC announcement or is there really something to be worried about?

He just said LSU and UGA visited right before the dead period and OM, Bama, MSU, LSU and UGA were all in it for him.

Meh I wouldn't be too worried, it's not like those schools haven't been recruiting him for a long time... Plus he will be hanging out with some of our biggest recruits who will HOPEFULLY point him in the right direction if he is feeling a lil "lost"

I'm just nervous. It has been quiet in regards to his recruitment lately then homer Yancy brings up more teams are getting in the picture late. I'll just feel better when he puts the OM hat on.

He has always been quiet in his recruitment... Despite that, people all along have been saying that it was Ole Miss vs Bama for him, and TC has said on a few occasions how nice it would be to play in Mississippi and represent his state.
You never know with recruits, but I really don't think there is much to worry about.

The only reason I feel good about it is that he has been planning to announce at UA game since this summer. I just feel like he has known where he wanted to go for some time or else he might delay the announcement because he really is looking around, which is what scares me about RN, maybe he just wants the attention of announcing on national TV. Maybe not. I just think with his self imposed deadline he has always been leaning to a school. He hasn't been very open with his recruitment but the fact we have been the school he has constantly talked about and rumored to be leaning towards, gives me a good feeling. He could easily put on a Bama hat next weekend. Maybe it's just my blind homerism and the SoPo pipeline that has me believing he will be in Oxford.
Like is said in an earlier post, I think him being around a lot of Ole Miss targets will have him ready to be the first of the big names left to pull the trigger and rock the Ole Miss hat next weekend.

The one guy in Batesville that matters said we have nothing to worry about. You'll find that there's really not that many homers on this board.

I think you and I have said that the past 5 years. Jermaine Whitehead and Tre Mason fricked up the 2010 class or we would've gotten everyone.

TC will most likely be going to Ole Miss. RN is slightly more concerning, hopefully he just wants to do it in front of a big crowd and get more national attention. I also hope that Denzel put in some good words with him while home over break.
