This should be a gimme (name the stadium)

I am not from Oklahoma and never visited the OU campus until Summer ‘85. South end zone seating was a large concrete structure with football offices/facilities underneath. What era is the picture in the tweet? Where were the home and visiting locker rooms? Weren’t those areas under the lower horseshoe open air with gravel on the ground?
