As hinted a month ago, Owen Heinecke has now filed a Motion for Temporary Injunctive Relief, along with a request for an emergency hearing and supporting brief.
This morning, the court entered an Order Setting Emergency Hearing and Expedited Response Deadline, and the matter is now set to be heard on April 16, 2026.
The case is before District Judge Thad Balkman, an Oklahoma Law graduate (1998).
This was always the path with the highest likelihood of success, although there are no guarantees in court.
