Every time I watch Michigan play it embarrasses and pisses me off even more we lost to them and that we are in this situation.

Yup. We all expected to lose GA, but Michigan was there for the taking. Had we won then 3-1 looks doable to make a run. We gave away all the safety net we had.

All the talk about Hawkins leaving. He’s good with WVU but is hitting the brick wall so to speak. His game is dependent in him having the ball most plays. So far today:
6-13/75, 1TD
10-69 Rushing 1 TD
Only 1 other back has touched the ball, 8 runs.
So 23 touches for Hawkins and 8 for all others.
That would not work in SEC, too one dimensional.
Iowa State up 28-14 early 3rd
Edit: Hawk throws INT just as I posted.

Yup I dont think we would be any better off with Hawkins outside of Mateers turnovers.

Wonder if Brents put so much pressure on the offense about turning over the ball that it's fricked with Mateers head. Mateer, Hawkins, Jackson Sack Arnold have all regressed the longer they were with us.
