Any issues with Texsa Winning?

OU wins we are 10-2
Would the committee dare put in UGA Ole Miss A&M and Texsa and leave us out due to Texsa head to head win?
I don't trust the committee as they seem to feel the biggest fan bases need to get in...

I don't see it. They would bump someone else before they would bump us.
I don't think the whorns make it in no matter what happens with A&M.

OU will finish ranked ahead of Texas with a win.
There is only one iffy scenario. And it's only even a question because we look like shite when we play because our resume is far better than the other team (thus why we are ahead of them right now)
Tech doesn't win the Big 12 and Bama wins the SEC. Any other scenario we're guaranteed.
In no particular order if that scenario plays out, you'd have
Ohio St.
Indiana
A&M
Georgia
Bama
Ole Miss
Oregon
Big 12 winner
Acc winner
G5
That then leaves two spots for 10-2 ND, 10-2 OU and 11-2 Tech off their CCG loss.
That's the only iffy scenario, but even then I think we take one of those two spots.

With the way they do their tiers and team groups we don’t want Texas to be considered.
If they are within three spots of us, they will bump ahead of us.

That is kind of what I was thinking, but the other responses have kind of made me rethink this.

I agree with this.
We want Bama to lose either to Auburn or the SEC championship game. We do not want them to be SEC champions. That just removes any questionable scenarios for us.

The potential ND "problem" is done, it looks like. They play at Stanford, we play vs LSU. Gonna need a miracle for them to flip us now.
