I understand that they're reporting, but they purposely put themselves in kinetic situations and make it harder to deal with problems. I know police officers are supposed to be immaculate in their procedures, but when someone is jamming a camera in your face while you're dealing with a riot it's hard to maintain a monk-like discipline.
