Why aren't they walking into banks? Or the San Francisco mint and hauling off the loot? The FBI walked into a bank out there and walked off with millions in people's stuff out of their safe deposit boxes a couple of years ago. Sure, fat people clothing and chinese tools you have to ebay are great, but why not go where the money is and skip that hassle?

If there’s one thing rich people won’t tolerate is the theft of their own money. They could give a frick about yours.

This is the answer. But apparently they can rob any store blind, break into any car and steal whatever they find and they will not be prosecuted. It's a great place to live if that is your moral compass.

If I'm not mistaken, according to their bullshite state law, punishment only comes if the theft is over a certain dollar amount and I believe bank robbery would fall into federal jurisdiction so that same bullshite law wouldn't apply. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.
