I don't like to break the bank on booze, so Jim Beam Black and Maker's Mark are my go-to bourbons. There may be some slightly better ones out there, but probably not enough of an upgrade to justify their price.

I've got a bottle of Maker's Mark next to me but my go-to is usually Wild Turkey 101 on ice with a splash of water.
