I've never had that, if I'm not mistaken. I'm not opposed to the flavor of mayo, but I hate how I feel after I eat it. Lol

Are you referring to Brunswick stew? Originated in GA, but I'm sure you can find it in SC.

Low country boil is in permanent rotation at our tailgates. Good stuff, if done right.

1. Vinegar based is great for bbq.

2. Alabama white sauce is great on chicken or a potato.

3. Mustard sauce was invented by the devil. It’s nasty.

4. Low country boil is alright.

5. Boiled peanuts are nasty, too.

Haven't tried it, but the white sauce has a unique flavor and I don't know if it would lend itself well to country fried steak.
