Those cabinets look nice. My wife did that same thing in about the same color on some cabinets in a small apartment we own in Auburn.

I love pork chops but can never get them to turn out tender. Mine are always like shoe leather and I am a pretty damn good grill cook. Just never seem to get pork right unless its barbecue low and slow.

I've been cooking them for a few minutes each side. I put lowreys on first two flips, wait for moisture to appear and flip. Apply BBQ sauce on 3,4,5 flip just ensuring it gets some char, but still quickly.

I usually buy my Ribeys and Pork loins from there. I go to the local butcher for burgers and specialty brats.
