Again, I urge to read the whole bit in context instead of picking what you want out and twist to fit what you would like it to say. There is a lot of info, and it all makes perfect sense if you read it all instead of a snippet.

But.... that’s what people do, and it’s absurd. But, truth isn’t changed by people’s ignorance or carelessness or self-righteousness. God is God and Truth is truth. If you decide to not believe the Bible as truth, then that’s your choice, but don’t try to twist it and take a piece here and there to change it to justify your choice of disbelief. That excuse (or any) will not fly when you or I or anyone kneel before the Lord one day soon.
