Voice Acting.
The range of characters a single VA can produce, trying to pick up on who is who on a show/movie, and the fact they have to pour so much emotion into the character with just a voice. No body movement or no facial expression to emote like a regular actor, and you can't trust the animation to fill in the gap. It's all voice...
