I’ve had their floor mats in every vehicle I’ve owned for 20 years. But they’ve lost their fricking mind. I just watched a commercial where they’re shilling a cushioned mat for in front of a kitchen sink, for Mother’s Day.
Did the idiot executive that used to work at Budweiser get hired by Weathertech?
If you buy your wife or mom a floor mat for the kitchen sink Sunday after next, bless your heart.
Random, I know. Carry on.

It's a practical gift and you never know she might appreciate it. You could order 2; 1 for the sink and 1 for the sammich making location.

Thinking outside the box. I like it.

I like weathertech, but I have found others just as good for cheaper and free shipping, so I haven't bought them for a while.

Just my two cents — I don't have a favorite brand per se, but I do prefer a style.
IMO the floor liners that look like this are too thin, move around, and are harder to clean because they don't lay flat:

I've had better overall success with the thicker/heavier, flatter rubber mats like this:

You've got to really have a lot of mud on you for those molded sides to make a difference, and by that point it's probably all over the inside bottom of the door and on the sill anyway.

this is why you spend the extra coin for the Weathertech, they do none of these.

this is why I come here, thought provoking commentary that always delivers. Also, can you record your wife’s reaction to kitchen floor mats for Mother’s Day and post it here? TIA

Does the Weathertech bend well? Overlaying it in the back of an SUV, but you use the underneath compartment alot, will it bend back easily when I need to get underneath it, on a daily basis?

I’ve never had the big cargo area Weathertech mat, but the front driver and passenger mats are pretty stiff. You’d probably want something a bit more rubbery.

Thank you for your input. You just saved me around $700.

They have a new one that is more rubbery.
