Answer: Yes it was. From May 9th.
For the record, I welcome this. If it means we have to shut down the A&M International campus, so be it. Qatar is evil especially with their policies with "3rd country nationals".

I suspect it's a way to plug leaks in advance of the 2020 election and cut off the DNC funding streams at their sources.
