FWIW, John L. was actually a pretty decent guy when he was at UofL. I don't know what the hell happened at Michigan State to make him lose his shite. Probably had something to do with his batshit crazy family.

Bobby Williams took over after Saban- probably on Saban's recommendation. I really hope Saban doesn't end up recommending his successor here; he seems terrible at it

I just don't like Smart as a HC for some reason. He's a great DC, but I would be really suspicious with him taking over. In all likelyhood, it's going to take some real effort to set us back where we were before Saban again.
