My non-English list:

1) Engrenages - French - Sort of French Law and Order - Also called Spiral.
2) Chuno - Korean Historical - Also called The Slave Hunters.
3) Forbrydelsen - Danish - Remade in US as The Killing.
4) Män som hatar kvinnor - Swedish Movies - The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo series - Not the English crap-version.
5) The Hours of My Life - Japanese - Cradle to Grave view of dealing with ALS.

Just a few that I have always enjoyed and can watch multiple times:

Seinfeld
Breaking Bad
Arrested Development
Modern Family
Grimm - I just enjoy that show.
How It's Made - Wife get's mad when I turn it on, but I'm fascinated with it.
