Still hard to pinpoint a frontrunner for Mo Williams but hearing Grizzlies are firmly in mix for vet PG who's unexpectedly still available

We gon be DEEEEPPPP

If we add Mo Williams I will say we filled every need we had and then some this offseason.

The other name that was coming up for a back up PG was Delonte West and I am so happy that we may not be going in that direction.

How do you feel about your Spurs resigning Manu?

I'm biased because Manu is my favorite current Spur, so of course I like it

I wish they hadn't paid him as much, though.

So basically the exact same feeling I have about us resigning Tony Allen.

Except the whole city loves them some TA. It was worth the expense.

Our division is gonna be tough this year now with Dwight in Houston.

Yeah, pretty much. I wish we could have been more frugal, but as mushy as it sounds I just can't bear the thought of Manu suiting up in another team's colors at this point. And I know a lot of fans and folks within the Spurs' organization feel the same way.

Oh and the Greg Oden sweepstakes seems to be heating up

quote:

@ESPNSteinLine 3h
Word from multiple witnesses of Greg Oden's workouts this week: He looks quite lean & is moving quite well. No wonder so many teams in hunt

quote:

@ESPNSteinLine 3h
The next steps: Teams will make formal offers early this week in terms of money & medical care. Then Oden should make choice by week's end

quote:

@ESPNSteinLine 3h
Known Greg Oden pursuers: Heat, Spurs, Pelicans, Mavs, Hawks & Kings. All but Dallas sent reps to Indianapolis this week to scout him live

I have to throw Washington in there because I love watching John Wall play.

I think the Pels will be fun to watch too.

I feel like I don't need OKC, Miami, or Houston because majority of their games will be on ESPN or TNT.

My bad, thought you were only talking about Western teams

Pels should be fun to watch this year, though, I agree.

Oh look it's the Flakers tag team full of penis envy

Oh wait wrong thread.

I saw that Camby signed. I'm hoping the leisure suit has a plan to start phasing Timmy out like he did the Admiral.
