im watching the news to get zimmerman info and they do a piece on howard. they go off on how he left 30 million dollars in LA and then they cut a soundbite of him on how he never liked LA and how he never felt welcome and that he could have made it in LA and all that bullshite. frick that piece of shite. i dont wish that he just doesnt a win a championship, i hope he and the rockets never come close

quote:

i hope we do it. i have always taken the side that his decision to leave was purely business and not personal at all. now with the reports that he demanded the lakers to amnesty kobe this year, and with the comments he made to houston media, i can see that it was 100% personal. frick him. frick him. frick him. frick him. frick him

quote:

yep. if magic is 1, kobe is 1b. to be able to say "you can make an argument that i am the greatest laker of all time" means a whole lot more than it does in 99% of other north american professional franchises. dwight expected to come to LA and have everything handed to him. not realizing that we are the fricking lakers and that he was going to have to earn his dues behind one of the 10 GOATS just like kobe had to way back in the early 2000s. fricking idiotic, immature, selfish piece of shite who isnt 1/100th of what shaq was

quote:

look back to every big time playoff game shaq was in with the lakers. game 7 of the 2000 wcf, game 6 of the 2000 nba finals, game 7 2002 wcf, etc. he ALWAYS showed up. he was going to win no matter what. to even think people have compared dwight to shaq is a fricking disgrace

quote:

he doesnt have it in him. he will never be a part of historic playoff moments like this. he just wont

frick i think this is the hardest ive ever melted down before

SA has been doing this for years.....wouldn't surprise me if a few of these "lame guys" really flourish for y'all, tbh.

I think LA will be pretty damn good next year. See them as possibly a 4/5 seed in the West.

i dont know about 4. i have okc, you guys, clippers, memphis, rockets ahead of us. then we start getting into us, the nuggets, and the warriors. well be somewhere from 8-6. bow out in the first round. then try to make a splash in the summer

I'm factoring in Kobe dragging the young pups to that high a seeding

heres a crazy sport fact. kobe has been a laker longer than he hasnt

like always. i hate it but then, where would we be without the 2000 western conference final, 2002 western conference final, your 2006 series against the mavs, etc. id take all of those over the terrible eastern conference year in year out

Yup, 17 years as a kid, 18 as a laker now, I believe. crazy

True. I was thinking about that the other day. There's ALWAYS a helluva matchup going on out West any given night. In the East, it's just whomever happens to be giving the Heat a run for their money once in a blue moon.

nature of the beast. you dont have the epic sacramento/laker showdowns of the early 2000s, the laker/spurs and the spurs/dallas showdowns of the mid 2000s in the east anymore
