Folks in Newport and Diaz are fine. Tuckerman High School is being used as a community shelter, so we're really hoping that stays together.

@NWSLittleRock: Pending storm survey, based on radar we don't think this was 1 tornado with a continuous track of 80+ miles. #arwx

I didn't even know Jonesboro had its own TV stations.
I thought they were part of the Memphis market.

No idea of where to find Jonesboro's stations, I do not believe they will have any more accurate info due to where the radars are located, but it might be out of LR's coverage area soon.
I'm watching the weather channel, flipping back and forth to my local news.
The little rock station was adding the Memphis radar to their tracking and map. I'd stay with the LR station as they have been on it for a while or go with the memphis station.
Prayers for all in the way.

There fans are always bitching about redwolves coverage in the rest of the state compared to Jonesboro on TV, so I'm assuming they have sort of channel, but it may be a campus channel cast over air.

I saw that earlier, Garrett said it wasn't going to be a big deal, so I'm prepared to lose my house tonight...

KATV is pretty much THE statewide station for folks not in Northwest Arkansas. We don't have that affiliate here. So, most of you who are wanting to keep up with things, should just stay with them, FYI

With how quick all of these things are popping up, combined with him not even seeing a tornado a week or so ago on radar....he might want to hold his thoughts

Jim just said the outbreak of 2011 it started with some of the same towns hit in Arkansas.. The paths they always take are something that kills me loving weather..

Still two cells in OK.
One tracking straight through Ft. Smith/Greenwood.
The other appears to be going more south.
