Well, when you have other non medical trained professionals trying to dig people out of debris until trained medical personal can arrive to the seen, you can park the car and help with the heavy lifting.

I you think you personally can't do anything, at least do the minimum and call the police. I mean you had a phone in your hand and weren't even thinking of that?

I'm serious. He's riding through a rather shocking scene with no training on how to help. He may have stopped after filming...you don't know.
Let's not call a guy out when we don't know the full story.

Disturbing tornado aftermath on I-40 east of Conway, AR.
I mean making the video is cool and all but I never will be able to understand how that guy was able to just drive by those ppl who needed help
No hate on you for posting it just the guy filming it
ETA: I see other ppl share my concerns and Duke I get what you are saying but it didn't look like EMS had arrived yet and even if he didn't need to move ppl or touch them bc of neck/back concerns the least he could do is talk to them to calm them down or give them water or SOMETHING
Just my opinion

Well maybe I'm the strange one. Cause I'm getting out of the car and helping in any way I can.. Carry on America.

Actually he is, you have to understand in situations like this, your human instinct says to help, but emergency services don't want you to get in the way, so all you can do it report it, and take pics and video. NWS wants pictures and video so they can see whats happening.
You can pitch a hand until they arrive, you can offer additional man power once they do arrive, they will let you know when you are "in the way" and then you can get out of the way...

Neither one of the two of us is a trained medical professional, but you know as well as I do that we'd both pull over and try to help.

Yeah, how do you tourist past a woman screaming like that? At a minimum you need to stop and try to comfort people.

We'd be stopping like anyone, and we don't know if that guy filming did or not. We just know what he recorded. I just want a full story before we get all judgey.

I don't need full story. I heard several people screaming in need of help in the short time frame. That's all I need.
Back to the tornado that's still on the ground causing and changing peoples forever.
