I need a new set of clubs. Got my cobras brand new in a repo auction in 04 for like 200 bucks including a driver, full iron set, pw/sw, 4wood and hybrid. Still had the plastic and stickers on most of them.

They are pretty worn out now. Any suggestions?

Mine still hit really well but somewhere along the way they got pretty rusty down by the club face. Last summer I hit my driver right in the sweet spot and the damn head just flew off.

My dad's a scratch golfer as well. Unfortunately I'm not. If I break 95 on 18 I'm ecstatic. I love the damn game though

I'm the same damn way.

Sometimes I can't stand playing with my dad because he tries to teach me the whole time.

Bad back, kids, and other crap has me down to maybe one or two rounds a year. I used to be around a 7 handicap.

I have a Ping driver. No idea the model. Bought it around 2003. Also have a King Cobra offset driver. It's probably 13 years old at least. Can't hit either of them anymore though.

Big Bertha War Bird 3 and 5 wood.

Titleist DCI Oversize 3-PW, though I lost the PW. Ping 2-iron. No idea the model. Bought it around 2004. Vokey 60 degree wedge. Odyssey Rossie offset putter.

Still use my grandfathers clubs in his 1972 Palmer edition bag. The sweetspot on that 1 wood is about the size of a aspirin, but you know when you hit it!

Can't bring myself to update my clubs, makes me feel as if I am abandoning the lil old irish man that taught me to play.
