I don't like green things. I eat a lot of fat, followed by protein. I always get the fattiest meats. Ribeye, chicken thighs, etc. I never buy the leaner versions. Eggs also have a high fat content and I love those.

I don't avoid salt, but I also don't have a habit of using a lot.

Most of my carbs come from ketchup and bbq sauce.

FWIW, Oreo cookies were originally made with beef suet (fat renderings from cows) before they changed to fake vegetable oil.

Trick is natural fat like sardines and avocados

My cholesterol (at my age) is around 150. That is the total number, just not the bad number. While I continue to confound my doctors, most of my daily diet is what we ate 100 years ago, and little to none of what we started eating after WW II and even less of what folks ate after the 1960's.

Avoid hydrogenation. And any food processing created after it.
