Anyone that attended an ABA certified school can sit for the bar in any state though. It's those schools that aren't certified by the ABA where problems arise.

Taking the bar in a state other than the one you attended school is just cruel.

From what I understand, it's far worse if you attended school in a state like Louisiana? Florida and Georgia, among many other states are pretty similar in laws, whereas Louisiana practices a completely different system.
That's my understanding, at least.

Louisiana is assbackwards. Mississippi is bad too. Most of the damn exam is tax law from what I've heard.
