Let me give you some good free advice. Follow every bit of your post-op recommendations from your urologist. We had 2 little ones and I was running like mad helping my wife the day after my surgery and even doing yard work. My healing did not go well.
Make your wife do all the work after your surgery. Tell her it's EXTREMELY important.

Update: Our boy was born at 5:36 pm. 7lbs 8oz, 21 inches long. Perfectly healthy and mom is also. Well, it's 3:30 in the morning and we havnt gotten much sleep but it's been great. First bath in about an hour! Thank you all for prayers and well wishes.
