I prefer
Vinegar based BBQ sauce
And
White sausage gravy
You might get laughed out of the state if you mention white BBQ sauce in South Carolina. It's all about mustard based where I am.

I live in N AL. Never had chocolate gravy until I was about 18 at a friend's grandmother's house. It was life changing.
