Roy Moore’s accusers set idle for 38 Year’s. And then he was found guilty with no concrete proof. But this wasn’t about Roy Moore, this was about the extreme leftist wanting command and control over your lives. They want open borders, abortion on demand, higher taxes, and the end to job-creating capitalism. And the last thing they want is financially, independent minded men and women of faith educated enough to voice their God-given freedom. Jones gives them a new weapon against your best interest. How can American citizens not see the threat?

Probably more to do with Roy Moore being among the worst politicians in state history - at any level - with or without the allegations of sexual misconduct.

Moore is a racist bigot who was twice removed as a judge and was a terrible choice and representative for the US. Most conservative Alabamians were able to see past his bullshite- which is why he lost.

And what proof do you have that these women lied? Do you think Al Franken and Harvey Weinstein’s accusers were lying as well?

In our court of law a person is innocent until proven guilty, including Al Franken. But we have photographic evidence he is guilty. And he is resigning on his on accord.

Maybe you would prefer the North Korean model? Guilty no matter what!

Good thing political campaigns and elections don’t take place in a court of law.

Al Franken

Deflection, and wholly irrelevant to this conversation.

But...

Sounds like he has more integrity than Moore.

Roy Moore lost because he’s a horrible politician.

I'm amazed people like you exist but take solace in knowing you're the minority.

I do believe that if you’re accused of sexual assault you absolutely have the right to defend yourself.

However if you have multiple offenders with a common dominator (all under aged) then some of that shite is bound to stick. Especially since this was an open secret in Moore’s hometown.

I mean the man wrote in one girls’ yearbook and called another one while she was in math class. All while he was in his 30’s.

How people can still defend this man is amazing.

ETA you still haven’t proved that these women lied.

If Roy Moore is your idea of what America is about, then.... poor little boy. Need to grow up and get out in the world.
Maybe you need a little hope in your life

The burden is on the women to prove Moore is guilty. Not to prove the women are liars. If you prefer the opposite, I could accuse you right this minute of a crime and you would have to prove me lying. Do you really want to go down that path? And why the hell did they wait 38 years!!!!

Perhaps in a court of law. Not on a campaign trail.

This is not a court of law.

Allow me to repeat myself. This is not a court of law.

This is a community hearing from a great many people that someone acted well outside the bounds of civilized society and not electing that man to a political office.

Roy Moore will do no jail time. He will pay no fine. He will be allowed to continue to carry that silly little gun he was waving around at the rally.

If he is prosecuted for statutory rape, though I think too much time has passed for that to happen, then yes, it would be up to the prosecution to prove he was child molester.

Here is the thing, if you sling mud and it sticks in a political campaign then it sticks. Having a temper tantrum because people saw enough mud sticking to Moore means that from here on out, the next time someone from your side of the political debate brings up the whole "Obama isn't a natural citizen Bah Gawd" then you've got to have the same melt down over their accusations.

If this was a low down and dirty attempt to discredit Moore, then casting into doubt the citizenship of all of those US citizens that might have been born outside the US to Americans is what?

Let me clue you in on something. I grew up in the military. At least five people I went to high school with were born in foreign countries. The maternity wards for military bases over seas aren't much to write home about so they were all born on foreign soil in foreign hospitals. Are they not American citizens?

One of them died serving his country in Iraq.

You backed a guy that a majority of people think might be a child molester. You lost. Good day sir.

Aside from the picture of Franken squeezing Leeann tweeden’s tits and audio of Harvey Weinstein cornering and assaukting a woman in a hotel room, I have no proof of the others.

But I do have proof of both of these men doing what they’re accused of. Thus far, nobody has produced proof of Roy Moore sexually assaulting or comitting statuatory rape on anyone.

Do you have a picture or audio of Roy Moore doing what he is accused of doing?

You know Franken and Weinstein admitted to being predators, right? Moore didn't.

I hate Roy Moore because he's an a-hole, and did not vote for him, but the OP is right about the presumption of guilt.

Ahhh, the self righteous left. Creating straw men to justify thier extreme viewpoint. FYI tradtional Americans are not against immigration, but are opposed to illegal immigration for oblivious reasons. The same reasons every other nation on earth guards its borders.

Roy Moore may or may not be guilty of a 38 year old sexual molestation case. If he was guilty, why wait 38 years? If this is the new standard for getting elected, then nobody has a chance to get elected.
