Stepped on a nail once. Was not fun. Definitely up there with top pains in my life.
1. Pretty sure I had a kidney stone shift around. Was sitting in my recliner minding my own business and suddenly felt like I was stabbed in the lower back. Only lasted a couple of seconds, but it was painful.
2. Sneezed when I had a muscle that had been pulled off my hip bone.
3. Tore a muscle off my hip bone senior year of football. Last game of the season, playing receiver, caught a pass over the middle and zigzagged towards the goal line. Got hit about the two, and landed in the end zone while completely parallel to the ground, tearing the muscle from the bone. So on the last play of my football career, I scored a TD.

I stepped on a hidden pitchfork when I was much younger. When through my work boot and my foot as well. Not a pleasant experience.
My family used to run a pretty large dairy farm. Of course the hands they'd hire typically weren't the brightest folk. One of the hands was moving some loose hay around and stabbed his own foot, which was covered with hay, with a pitchfork.

before I did anything else I soaked my foot in vinegar for 20 minutes for no other reason than the bucket was sitting there next to a jug of vinegar - good idea? bad? don't know

Dudes can get a yeast infection. Or at least that's what I heard.

Went to jump off a trailer and my leg slid sideways and got lodged between two metal supports. Let’s just say your femur is not stronger than steel. Body weight snapped it as I went over the top. Amazingly didn’t hurt at first. Wasn’t till I got to the hospital that it became painful as the night went on. Still don’t like standing on trailers.
