No. The GPD did a traffic stop in a "tank". It caused a big uproar with the hippies.

The funny part of the story is that the guy was stopped for flicking the SWAT team the bird. 
I mean I know that's no reason to get pulled over but it's still kind of funny.

Every young man needs to experience a punch squarely to the nose. The kind where you see stars and say "Oh shite, maybe I shouldn't be a jack arse". Instead, they run for social media or pull a gun.
