Why are you rejoining? I got out and took me forever to find a job. Damn near rejoined if not for a job beautifully opening up at the last second.

My first go around didn't go so well got pneumonia twice at PI never made it out of bootcamp so that left a bad taste in my mouth.. plus it's always been my dream I want to serve my country

So you have to go through red phase of basic training again or can you jump in where you left off ? Good luck.

Good. Always get something that will keep you indoors and you can use when you separate from service.

Good luck, serving one's country is an honorable endeavor. Have fun in basic and remember high speed low drag is the way to be.

Good luck. Respect and thank you for serving our country. One of the few great regrets in my life is I didnt. I had a USAF scholarship to be a pilot at Auburn but got an eye infection in my sophomore year that did optic nerve damage. They told me I could be a navigator. I thought at the time that had no commercial application after the service, so I turned it down and was able to separate from my ROTC scholarship between soph and jr years (they changed the rule the next year.) without commitment.
I regret that in hindsight. Particularly because the year I graduated the air force was giving waivers due to a pilot shortage that year.
I have huge respect for both serving members and for veterans.
