Was randomly wondering how long ago that was last night. Probably because I watched a documentary on Wilt Chamberlain scoring 100.

The Pacers were better than the Sixers. or were they 1999?

I went back and forth on the 2000 pacers, 2002 Lakers, and 2001 sixers for I think they were all somewhat equal. I think I'm gonna make the change though

Worst spur team to get to the finals?

IIRC Pacers had good defense a big man that could bang and shoot and played defense. Then with Reggie, Rose, and Jackson they could go big or small and switch.

I'm going to have to rewatch the 2000 finals. I may be underrating them

Smits was very damn good I think people forget how good he really was. he was a 7 footer that was big and shot well around paint and go outside elbow extended.
He was not extremely quick, but good. Think of a bigger Kevin Duckworth with a brain and work ethic.

I remember him as a tall whitey who could stretch the floor

The worst Spurs team to make it? No Spurs team was bad that made it but the team that beat New York was the worst in 99. Last years team to me wasnt a great Spurs team. The best one IMO was the one that beat New Jersey. They beat you up or ran you off the floor.

Orlando that made it was bad. They depended on one guy.
