I was 0 for my first 5 or so Spurs games until last year when I took Mrs. T to SAtown for a game. Spurs instantly fell behind by 20, but then clawed back for a win, so I think I finally broke the personal curse

Well yea. He scored a bunch of points during the worst stretch in our franchises history and put up mediocre playoff numbers for us in his 2 trips. But what did he do to the spurs? I know he didn't hit the game winner in game 5 of 95 (van excel?)

That was his project. He was the one that led the charge to draft him, he wasn't trading him in 2007 and then when he had his breakout year in 2008, he couldn't get over it even when the injuries piled up. Bynum is the definition of the player that could have been

He really did show a lot of promise. Injuries combined with his lack of maturity is a tough combo to overcome, though.
