and
at the game, neither team hit 70 until the last few minutes of the 4th

meh, Duncan hit a difficult shot falling away from the basket with a hand in the face. fisher turns around and flicks the ball fifteen feet without being able to really set. if you want to say duncans shot was better I don't blame ya, but its a wash to me. if we are talking skill, then yea more of that was into duncans shot because fishers was all luck. fishers shot was a miracle and would probably miss the next 99 times he attempted it because it was a miracle

That's what I'm saying. Not saying Fisher's shot was bad, but you and I both new there's less thought and skill going into a shot situation where you know you just have to throw it at the rim and hope for the best.
Duncan's shot, falling away (falling DOWN, actually), with one of the better shot swatters of all time closing out on him to complete a 20 plus point comeback just impresses me more, and not because I'm a Spurs fan. I mean, come on, Timmy never even saw the ball go through the net

I agree more skill went into duncans shot, but im not going out and say I was more impressed by Duncan hitting it than fishers shot. fishers shot was no walk in the park either. he was just heaving the ball, off balanced, 15 feet from the hoop, with ginobli right in his face. that's a tough as frick shot. it was 100% luck, but that doesn't take away from the fact that he actually fricking hit it

Which is why I'm more impressed by the pressure shot that was NOT luck.

Not taking away from it at all. It was very fortunate, very clutch, and not routine.
But it was lucky. Rather be lucky than good, but good is objectively more impressive. That's all I'm saying

AD is gonna be the new timmy d after both of tim's blow out making his final gamewinning shot in game 7 of the finals.

I mean if we are talking about actual legitimate shot difficulty, I don't know if I can go either way

Silly assertion. A layup is less difficult than a jump shot yet they both result in 2 points. Doesn't mean both shots require the same amount of skill.

Well, I'm cool to agree to disagree, per par for our basketball summits

right, but those shots don't have the same level of difficulty. in this case, I really don't see much of a legitimate difference in "difficulty" in this scenario. when I said skill I meant "Duncan is a much better player than fisher and is much more likely to replicate that shot because he is a better player" and when im talking about luck I mean "fisher is not nearly as good of a player as Duncan and in this case, he was just throwing the ball up hoping it would go in and he will never replicate that shot ever again". id feel the same way if the roles were reversed. if fisher hit Duncan shot, id have no faith in him replicating the shot. cause he doesn't have the skill required

When did Gr33n go for his MRI? Or has he yet?

I think AD actually has an even better skill set than TD.
Doesn't mean he will be have a better career though. We will see if he can get on a good team with a stable coach though and win anything.

I got into one of these with him a couple months ago where he was doing the same exact shite but using manziels "character issues" and was reacting the same way when everyone was laughing at him. now im not even participating. just laughing

I've seen him pull this anti-JFF schtick before, but I still don't get it
Quality entertainment though. "Had a rough game VS Bama" took the goddamn cake

Not sure where he went for it, but the Spurs' Facebook page is saying everything came back negative.
