I didn't have to go to SC, I just went home so I could make him miserable lol. It's a mess though, looking for a lawyer now. I took the car keys from him, he can go to and from school and work that's it. Lol. I cant ground him he's 18, but irresponsible behavior has consequences.

Lol he should feel lucky, I haven't even raised my voice to him. After talking with the lawyer, he's got a big dose of reality. Welcome to adulthood kid lol

Hey, do you need a referral for a lawyer in SC? I turkey hunt in SC with 2 and Im sure they'd be happy to give you a referral.... It is in SC? - or did I read that wrong?

A local attorney friend of mine suggested one that specializes in DUI. The kid and I have to drive over in the morning to meet with him late tomorrow afternoon, he has to appear Thursday morning for arraignment. Thank you kindly though.

Nobody! We've been renting rooms to a group working in bham, They left the rooms destroyed. Because of my kid I've had to change a couple appointments. I extended the courtesy to give prior notice but have yet to receive a confirmation or call back.
