Woman had a heart issue in a car wreck i WITNESSED! She died. Her family sued the other party in the wreck and me. I called 911 and pulled over to help.

It is a legitimate question, and one that I afraid will have terrible consequences.

It may save her life, but then she might turn around and sue you, or accuse you of battery........ this is not a question I thought of, but one I heard.

Take a break from the news or political commentary and take a weekend away and interact with some people you don't know already- by interact I don't mean discussing politics. You'd probably feel better about the world after.

I pay taxes, let the Fire Dept handle it or they can wait and privately pay the EMT service to rescue them

Good Samaritan law.

If someone attacked you or a close personal friend and you feared for your life or personal property you were carrying ( like weed) you can whip it out and pop a cap in his foot.

Is that the one?

Thumbing their nose at the Good Samaritan Law is what got Jerry and George and Elaine and Cosmo thrown in jail.

Do I do it? Yes. Keep the heart pumping until EMTs arrive.

"Stayin Alive, Stayin Alive
Ah
Ah
Ah
Ah
Stayin Alive, Stayin Alive"

This saved my Father-in-Law's life almost a year ago. Major heart attack while on his back porch talking to his house keeper. She immediately started CPR and continued till the EMTs arrived.

Without her being there, my father-in-law would have died right on the spot. Doctors and EMTs agreed that her giving him CPR saved his life.

No breaths, just providing him with compressions.
