When you have pre-Civil War buildings still in use, and you have many buildings built on the ashes of buildings destroyed during the Civil War, you're going to get ghost stories.

I just wish they didn't burn the library, which was one of the best ones in the US at the time.

Yea, maybe then there would be a great than 50% literacy rate among Bama fans today.
But I'm sure it was all stolen anyway like the Nazi's in WW2
