Outside of Paris, I found the French to be some of the nicest people in Europe. It's not that they were not nice in Paris though, they just weren't as outwardly friendly as they were outside the city.

Parisians are nice. They're just different. If you attempt to speak a little French, they warm up to you quickly.

I don't think anything crazy will happen but who could have predicted a 1 - 0 game (until stoppage time) with France vs. Nigeria? Algeria has been quite a sneaky team like you said, they could easily steal one away.

Historical note: Algeria was the team fricked over in 82 by the West Germany/Austria game that is the reason for the last group games to be played at the same time.

I was trying to teach my students about betting and we got flagged on one of their computers (it's really okay, he's a director) for going to a gambling website.
Anyway, we're coming in as the underdog. I think that will be the trend for the rest of the World Cup for us unless we win big tomorrow.
