I'm not quite to that point just yet. Its more so an annoyance than anything right and almost exclusively happens when the air is dry as shite.
I'm starting up the humidifier tonight. Just have a small one to sit on the bedside stand next to my side of the bed. And might pick me up a Neti pot again. I switched to Claritin to help with the runny nose since its non-drowsy.

Think I have came down with the flu. Earlier in the week everybody in the household had pink eye.
