ugh, i understand we had an incredible amount of injuries and the team that we rolled out for game 3 and game 4 had no business being a starting 5 for a playoff team....but christ dantoni. frick you and your shite. YOU made this an embarrassment, we are the fricking lakers, we are above having series like this. we could have stolen game 1 if we played how kobe was tweeting, we were in game 2 until you starting fricking around with dwight, and you just packed it in for games 3 and 4 to go on top of our just ridiculous number of injures. frick you and your shite, you need to GTFO

Yup, agree with every word. D'Antoni made a mockery of typically classic Spurs/Lakers playoff series.

just so we all have a grasp on how historically bad dantonis tenure has been. of our 59 playoff appearances, this was only the 10th time we didnt make it past the 1st round. on top of that, this is only the 2nd time of those 10 that we were swept. this is only the 7th year in our entire history that we didnt win at least one playoff game. damn him, damn him to hell

That's unacceptable. And it's not like D'Antoni didn't know what was coming--he's faced essentially these same Spurs while coaching the Suns.
Maybe he still would have been swept, but he couldn't even get the lakers CLOSE. SA didn't even break a sweat. And that hurts US for the next round, actually.

i honestly think he thought "i made the playoffs and kobe went down. doesnt matter if we lose cause my job is safe" and i find that to be the most insulting position ever. if you are going to coach the lakers, you are demanded to make the finals. that may be unrealistic, but thats the way things are. and he just didnt give 2 shits
