I'm thinking about making a bracket of the best post Jordan teams. 8 from the west, 8 from the east and posting it on the MSB. Would putting the 05 spurs as a 2 seed behind the 2000 lakers and the 03 spurs as a 4 seed behind the 01 lakers be fair?

I think the 99 Spurs team was better than the rest of the champ teams and 3 peat Lakers. Two reasons I say this. Two headed monster in Middle and at times went twin towers. The Guards were interchangeable so could switch easy. As individuals not great but a great team.
They were really never tested that season as they handled people easy.

2000 lakers are the best. Very balanced scoring. Shaq in his prime. They got consistent role player production from the bench. Played good perimeter defense and then you had Shaq down low. 2000 lakers win a 7 game series vs anyone since the Jordan teams
