That's what sports media in this country has turned to. When miami loses, the sky is falling. when they win, there is no way in hell they are losing the series

It was just like this last year, every game gets over analyzes. It happens in all sports, but the NBA is the worst about it.

The Spurs just looked incredible last night. They've found ways to run their Euro offense again. I think Parker being hurt may not be as detrimental as people think, as they have stopped 1v1 play.

I think it would be a much bigger loss if they were to lose Duncan or Leonard

Its fricking criminal that such a big PJ disciple wasn't given the laker job back in 2011

Leonard and Green would be killers. Tim being out is crippling but not devastating.

It's definitely a huge loss though. I agree with what you're saying though

I get why you get away from Jackson element. What's criminal is that the Lakers organization thinks its immune to work and haven't learned the best individual players don't make best team.

The 4 All Star experiment showed this.

well on paper this is supposed to be a team that would 100% work. They are all built to play with one another minus gasol. We had too many injuries this year, a bafoon as the coach, and Kobe and Dwight couldn't get on the same page. That's what fricked us this year

You will not get to where you want to go if D'antonio is your coach. Is he still around LA?

The Lakers/Celtics in the 80s had several All-Stars/HOFers on their teams

The Pistons had 4 all-stars just a few years ago as did the Celtics.

That's not true. Dantonio is a good coach. He has players that won't buy in. They can bring in whoever but if they don't buy in, nobody will be successful. It's not coaching, it's players.

I think he meant when you throw 4 players together in one off season. Those laker and Celtic teams were all built through amazing drafting
