I'm pretty sure Wade wants a max deal. Which is just retarded unless Lebron leaves and the heat have to do everything they can to keep him.

It's going to be fun to watch it all play out. There are so many different scenarios.
Being a fan of the Lakers is just so easy. Even through years like last year, I still know they'll be back. Much easier than my alma mater or my other pro teams.

If LeBron doesn't stay in Miami or go back to Cleveland his legacy will be seriously destroyed.

So are you one of these "Lebron fans" or a heat fan?

So why frick Lebron then? I mean I'm on board but..

Just the whole idea of jumping ship at the first sign of adversity annoys the heck out of me.
What if the Spurs broke up after the Grizz knocked them out of the first round in 2011?
Or if Kobe bailed on the Lakers after Shaq left.

It would only be the 1st time LeBron or most other players have ever done it.

SPOILER ALERT.
Lebron white knight spotted in the vicinity.

I hope LeBron goes back to Cleveland although I'll be sick of that storyline after about a week or so.

And ESPN will blow that story up for at least 2 months. 30 for 30 already in the works.

Exactly. But I'm so sick of the Heatles that any alternative is better I guess.

Lakers looking to package Nash with the #7 pick
Saw a rumor that Philly would send the #10 and MCW to LA for Nash and #7.
I'd be pissed.

Are you a Philly fan? Because to me that looks like a fantastic trade

Yeah. I wouldn't mind it, but I still insist that MCW will be good. He won't be an amazing scorer, but that's not his game. He's already proven what he can give you defensively, and he's gonna get better. Put talent around him and take his shot attempt numbers down. I don't personally think Exum is better than MCW, though I see where he has more upside because he's younger.
Personally I want Wiggins. I think he's a perfect fit. But that's unlikely now. I trust any move Hinkie makes, even if it means trading MCW. Nash will just retire though, and I don't know if trading MCW and the 10th pick is worth just moving up three spots. I think you can still get a guy like Randle, Harris, McBuckets, or maybe even Embiid (though not likely) at 10. So that's really my problem with the trade. Nash will retire, so it's just to move up three spots, when we could still get a really good player at 10.

I think Kobe almost ended up in Chicago and was trying to get out of LA. If they didn't end up getting Pau I doubt he would have just stayed with the Lakers long term (Marc hadn't developed into a great player yet). He's too competitive to be on a team that doesn't compete for championships. Lebron's similar. Definitely not as competitive, but who could blame him for leaving with the pu pu platter Gilbert was giving him to play with. If Wade and Bosh opt out, which I think they will, I would say with about 95% certainty, that Lebron will end up back in MIA.
