Gear-Queer
Nah I offloaded most of my gear when I left active duty. Didn't need that dead weight when I moved. Other than like 4 or 5 GS shirts, my old dress uniform (wife wanted me to keep that), and an ABU top I don't have any military relics lying around. Try again, sparky

Also, why do you give a flying frick what clothes I'm wearing rn, you weird frick?

Ah man you don't have to do all that. Thanks so much for the offer, though!

Gear queer is another term I've always liked

Don't take this the wrong way, but what is your major concern with a human being recognizing another human being for a job/sacrifice/career, no matter the "day"?

I kept my woodlands for hunting

Maybe I am too OCD to appreciate the gratitude given to the living on Memorial Day. The Devil is in the details though and I'm not sure I can accurately explain why I feel the way that I do.
There is no reason why one couldnt use a proper delivery to thank the fallen and the veterans in one setting. However, making a thread on Memorial Day titled" Thank You Vets for Serving" and barely mentioning the fallen really isn't sufficient when the purpose of the holiday is narrowly focused on the fallen.

Yeah because thanking the living on Memorial Day makes so much sense.

Don't blame me because you don't understand mental illnesses.

HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY, KILO! Thank you for your service

I like to thank those that serve when I can and felt like doing it this morning. If I knew people would be offended I wouldn't have posted it, as that was not my intentions at all.
I may not have been a Marine like my father and his brother, but I did spend 7 years in the military.
